swallowed air

Yesterday the female clown must have swallowed a lot of air trying to get the flakes I fed them and she had a serious buoyancy issue all night. She was struggling to stay down and constantly getting blown away in the current. She found places to rest upside down all over the tank. This morning she was completely fine.

Still changing water, but less frequently - maybe 2-3 times/wk but about 8 gallons at a time. Got a new 50/50 (6000k/20,000k) compact fluorescent for the sump. It made the light a lot whiter down there.
Mangroves are starting to grow very slowly. One has new bright red roots, the other is sprouting a new leaf. Hair algae has not grown back, and is slowly dissipating. Rocks are showing again and all corals are growing. Polyps have recovered and are doing well. Bubble algae is starting to cover the top rock in the 30g.
